While most boys had posters of Cindy Crawford and their favorite baseball player on their bedroom walls, Brien had pictures of David Hasselhoff glued to his walls (and ceiling) that he ogled at from his KITT inspired bed; holding firmly onto the belief that one day he would meet the man that defined his life. So when Comedy Central called us to craft a fully CG stop motion action figure for the “Roast of David Hasselhoff” Brien squealed like a little school boy – and then promptly designed the most epic character driven show open in the history of television… aside from Knight Rider.
Though there is no photographic evidence, Bryan & Anne both witnessed Brien and the Hoff exchange non-verbal pleasantries at the Roast after party. It was fleeting, but there was a palpable connection. And yes, the Hoff winked.
